fantastic cut & color! best salon in Fayetteville. The staff here is amazing, i love coming to this place! i have gotten amazing cuts and colors here, i highly recommend them! A+! Also, their sinks are super comfortable and don't put pressure on your neck, and i love the hot towels after the shampoo!
Eli & Co. THE Best! When I moved here 20 yrs. ago, I couldn't get a decent cut or color, in fact, I had actually started cutting & coloring my own hair out of desperation! (You can imagine the "corrections" that were needed!) Then, about 13 yrs. ago, I met Eli, and though skeptical after all of the hatchet jobs I'd had in the past, I agreed to go see her. TANGLES in fayetteville,NC is awesome!!!!!! Kenzi is GREAT! i have never been happier with a stylist! She gave me exactly what i asked for and my color and cut is amazing! i tend to have a problem going to people and them not understanding what i want, but this time someone actually listened!
Beyond satisfied with Brittany. I have been a client of Brittany's for a while now, i do not and will not go to anybody else. It sounds like to me Mozzer cannot be satisfied anywhere that she goes, considering, she said that she's been to several salons over the years. Brittany has always communicated with me acceptionally well that she does not accept debit/credit cards. She does however, accept CASH or CHECK. Unprofessional Terrible time. My sister was left to sit over 3 hours in the middle of having highlights while the "stylist" went to start and FINNISH a new client. She never returned, and my sister had to wait for the next available stylist. After 4 1/2 hours, which is ridiculous even with an APPOINTMENT, my sister left dissatisfied
eli and co is where it is at. I recently moved to the fayetteville area but before I moved my hair stylist told me to look for a board certified colorist. I went to haircolorist.com and found eli. she was very through and we had a consultation before we even began. Not a rushed one I might add. my color is the best ever. She is always training and is taking the steps to become an educator for Redken. Great salon enviroment and tons of knowledge there...really work as a team...lots of products too.
Bad communication is not so good I was looking forward to experiencing a new salon in the area; I've been to several over the years and have yet to find one that "fits". Our stylist, Brittany, did a fine job communicating what she was going to do to my 6 year old's hair prior to starting the cut. I, too, shared with her what we wanted. I Love Eli & Co. ! For years I hated my hair. I had been all over the Fayetteville area looking for someone I felt comfortable with and who would understand what I wanted. My sister and my niece talked me into going to Eli----the best decision I have ever made! She listens, shes funny, the salon is sooooo comfy. I would pretty much follow Eli anywhere. She's the best!!!!
