Beautiful facility, state-of-the-art equipment, and outstanding staff/doctors. Everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend you making this your place for all of your vision care needs!
I personally had no issues. I thought the staff did their job fantastic, the doctor was great, I love my glasses! I thought the prices were fair. No different then what I've paid at any other office plus it's here in Elgin! They have my business!
Wonderful! Staff was awesome and very thorough. So nice to have this in Elgin.
There's a strange older woman on staff with 80s hair, (blonde) who may brazenly hit on your husband. Other staff were kind and helpful. A little overpriced.
It was an excellent first visit . The staff was very attentive and caring . Would definitely recommend
Being my first eye Dr. visit, I was apprehensive. But the staff and Dr. Jacob put me at ease right away. I really enjoyed my visit. I will definitely be returning in the future.
