Super friendly and helpful staff, until they get your money. Then long delays in fulfilling order, non returned phone calls when inquiring about order. Go somewhere else that actually wants your business and is willing to provide at least minimal customer service.
I check the cost for a complete medical eye exam and 3 different people confirm it was $119 and they write it down on the business card . When I arrive to the appointment they told me it will be $190 and they told me they confuse the exam it was a miscommunication problem and if I want the full exam they’ll charge more.

ordered my daughters glasses in the second week of aug. just got today on sept 12th!! The same thing happened last yr with my glasses. Don't go here unless u can wait a month for glasses!
I've been to quite a few optometrist offices and this by far was the most welcoming. From the front desk all the way to picking out glasses, the staff was super helpful and thorough. I was the last appointment and although I was tired and ready to leave, I never once felt rushed. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's always nice to feel comfortable during these kind of appointments.
