I used to go years (like 6 or 7) between cleanings because I dreaded the Dentist office. Since finding Elgin Smiles I go every 6 months. Always a good experience. I leave with my mouth feeling so clean and fresh. The staff is friendly and efficient. It feels like you are visiting with friends.

A+ on personnel and quick on cleaning and conventional to tech during time of cleaning which really makes the visit go by faster. Most Dentist visits are boring and yet here it is a visit you enjoy having. We moved out of this County and City but we will travel the distance to get good service and small town treatment. The staff at Elgin Smile Dental are awesome! They are like my family! They treat me so special I have a phobia and get real nervous but Gina and Renee always talk ne through everything and calm me down I always leave with a smile! They are so patient and talk you through everything! If they ever leave I am following them! I feel very comfortable with them and Dr. Robertson he is awesome!

Never disappoints in care and services. I had broken a tooth and the good doctor repaired. He’s great at explaining every step while he’s working. Great sense of humor also which helps calm my nerves of dental work. His chair-side assistant is such a great comfort for when the doc has to numb the gums for the procedure. She’s very kind and compassionate. From the front office to the back office they’re an excellent dental practice. I highly recommend.
