I called last minute to get a filling due to a chipped tooth. They fit me in the next day and helped me keep my daughter calm while I was worked on. By far the best staff to work with!
I have not been to the dentist in about 10 years, this place is AMAZING, receptionist is sweet, the dental assistant and hygienist were so nice and answered all my questions. Dr. Robertson was very good and didn't make the appointment seems rushed and addressed all of my concerns. Going back for all my future dental needs!

Do not waste your time at other dentists! The whole staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and so very welcoming. For the first time in my 55 years, I had a pleasant experience at the dentist. I cannot say enough positive things about this office! They are THE BEST!

We are very happy with all the work we have had done at Elgin, staff are great and easy to deal with . My wife is petrified of Dentists but is totally relaxed with them. We formerly lived in Cambridge but moved to Kitchener 5 years ago and we still make the commute and will continue to do so because we are so comfortable with them.
Excellent customer service, seen just 10 min from scheduled appointment time. Staff was very courteous and personable! Overall great experience!
Well yesterday visit was quite an experience there was a bird hitting the glass cuz it thought Dr. ROBERTSON'S hair was a nest of worms. It's amazing he was able to fix my teeth cuz I couldn't stop Laughing. Well their a Great group of people and I wouldn't change for anything.
I'm kinda funny about people digging in my mouth, but these guys did an awesome job. Im definitely going to be a repeat client.
