Janice Manzi and the EW Team added Value, Speed and Intelligence to the sale of my Home. The Drone Video convinced the Buyers before they arrived at the Open House. We worked together to set a Fair Price .....My architecturally designed home sold in 3 days and I recommend her completely .Thank You All ! Al Wulff
Everyone was very helpful and patient, very responsive. Kathy Krebs was amazing! She worked with us for several years and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process. She was dependable and made herself available whenever we reached out to her.

Jen Golden is the best at her job, and we are so lucky we had her to help us through our first time buying a home! She was incredibly detailed and patient, and helped us to find the perfect area and perfect home based on what we were looking for. Cannot recommend her more!! We will definitely be recommending her to all of our friends and plan to work with her in the future if the need arises. Such a smooth process and loved the communication throughout from Elfant Wissahickon.

My daughter's colleague referred Jen to us due to her positive experience with Jen when she purchased a house in Philadelphia's suburb. Unlike some realtors, Jen is not pushy and exaggerating while always responding to our inquiries in a very timely fashion. We feel very comfortable throughout the entire house buying process, and highly recommend Jen to anyone who plans to purchase a property in Philadel... read more
