For 48 years 11th Street Diner was actually located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. In 1992 it was dismantled and transported to Miami Beach, where it received an enthusiastic reception. In addition to diner staples like burgers, fries and great milkshakes, the restaurant serves a variety of salads, cold sandwiches, chicken and pasta dishes.

The diner was great, very clean, service was good, food was nice and reasonably priced
My daughter and I love to go to the 11th Street Diner when we are in town. The food is great and the staff is better.
We were a party of 7 hungry people. 2 teenagers, two adults and three seniors of different age. I ordered the Southern Fried, Chicken= nothing spectacular the giant fried green plantain good and the Mac & Cheese the best I ever had. Next to me was my 86 yrs old aunt, who ordered fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, it was warm, not enough sauce and cheese, but a good portion of chicken breast. The double chocolate milk shake and the staff were amazing. They get 5 big stars. I will return.
Chose this restaurant because it had been featured on Diners, Drive Inns and Dives. The food was typical diner food but taken to a whole new level. Exceptional! Service was great and the homemade tarter sauce was fabulous for fries or fish alike. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite if you're in Miami Beach!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Sat at the table for 10 mins with out any service. When I stopped someone to help us he said the server was to busy. He finally came to the table and we couldn't even have his full attention. He keep talking to other people while taking our order. When the check came it said gratuity was added but optional. I went because of the ratings...they must be fake. Food was not very good. Service was poor. I sent food back 3 times and still never got it right. On top of that they automatically put 18% gratuity on top of a poor experience. Save the disappointment go across the street to burger king. At least there you know what to expect.
