I had a bad experience there last year. The trash room stinks. Homeless people around and always trash on the road. My bike was stolen even though I parked it in the community’s bike room and locked it to the wall. There were multiple bikes disassembled and took at the same time (accessories left on the floor), but the leasing office did nothing. They promised a video check for me but never got back.
They even gifted you some candies!
