I told the leasing office crew I’ll be moving in on Sep 28th. No one warned me anything. But when I got here, no one is at the leasing office. And told me I need to wait 1.5 hr for someone on call to get back so I can get my apartment keys. I just got off the plane and pretty tired from the flight. Very disappoint moving-in process :(

Joseph the maintenance technician did an amazing job over different problems that I had with my apartment. When the fridge needed replacing, he even put everything back where it originally was placed - even all the little ornaments and magnets. Great work

The problem of package theft is very serious!!! I have had more than three couriers stolen in the past year. The whole thing started when my medical kit was delivered last Saturday around noon. The courier even took a photo showing it sitting right there in the package room—which, by the way, has cameras. When I went down at 6 p.m. to pick it up, it had already vanished.
