I’m unfortunately here for another 3 months but I can not wait to get out of here. Maintenance is terrible, there’s a couple of employees in the leasing office that have been okay to deal with, but more often than not you can tell they don’t care and don’t want to deal with whatever it is. Seriously reconsider living here. When we moved in, the AC was broken requiring a new unit. We were considerate, but after two weeks, it was finally installed (in the middle of summer mind you). Then, come to find out when they installed the AC, they DID NOT INSTALL HEAT. It was just left for us to figure out during our first cold spell when the apartment dipped to the low 50s. I've watched Addison go down hill over the past year since new management took over. Property is unkept, trash everywhere, the compactor always has piles of trash and furniture outside the compactor. Breezeways are very dirty. Sad to watch it go down hill, used to love this property!
