zero recommended. Units in very poor condition, better to live under a bridge. Literally a year seemed endless to me, it was so much so that I moved before finishing the contract, I preferred to pay two rents than to be in that place, no one, no matter how needy they are, would move to this place, problems with mold, rats, poor electrical installations. I lived there for 6 months, and I can collectively say that this “apartment complex” is unlivable. It was “normal” to not having a working AC unit for 4 out of the 6 months I lived there (mind you, it was summer and the temperature ranged from 85-90 degrees on average), power switching on and off throughout the day/night, and even being driven to the point of tears on a daily basis.
