George and team at the office are awesome! They are always willing to offer help and have great attitudes. The complex itself is well-maintained, and has lots of great amenities to offer! Don’t have a negative thing to say about this place, would highly recommend!
Garbage! I have had 5 roof leaks and 3 hvac failures. I have a mother with health issues and a job relocation. They want me to pay about 4K. When I moved in, it was gated. No more.in the last year, my friends car was stolen and there was a shooting. Good luck! They hate their residents. Also, I have a job transfer and my mom is in poor health. Been here for 2 going on 3 years and it’s been exceptional. Located in a good safe place, I’ve never felt scared to leave or come home at night. The neighborhood is nice and landscaped well, the apartment when we first moved in was in solid condition. Maintenance responds quickly to issues and works around your schedule. Moving into a larger place from a smaller one on a great deal for the market and the staff did the best they could to make the transition easier and clear. They keep us in the loop well with emails.
