I have had a very positive experience with Elevate Psychiatry, both with the person doing my medication management and with my therapist. I am progressing with my challenges because of the therapy I have received. I also appreciate that for the most part the site is accessible. I am blind and use my iPhone with voiceover. I am able to complete most tasks without difficulty. Uploading photos of my insurance card however was difficult and I had to get help from a cited person to be able to do that. Awesome staff and medical providers i have no complaints.
Best psychiatry experience I've had in my life! Finally, someone who listens and is empathetic. Felt seen, heard and understood. They did not rush me out of the appointment but took their time to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I definitely recommend their services!
