This review is not for Elevate Psychiatry in general, the psychiatrist I had was amazing and I loved him, this is SPECIFICALLY for the TMS department and I urge you to read this and advocate for yourself if you’re choosing to do TMS, especially with Elevate TMS. For context, this was around 2 years ago, so I’m not sure if procedure has changed since. I completed TMS therapy at Elevate today. To say it helped would be an understatement. It has truly been a life changer. My therapy required me to go to their offices for treatment. The staff is really great. Special thanks to Vivanee, the TMS medical assistant, who was always friendly and upbeat. She feels like a member of my family! Thank you Elevate for all that you do!!!
I just finished my 36th TMS session at the Grove with my treater, Vivanee, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The TMS treatment has been highly effective, and the outstanding support from the staff has played a crucial role in my success. A huge thank you to you, Vivanee! 🤗 Mary H
It was a great experience. The office is nice and clean. The staff is helpful and the TMS treaters are super friendly and supportive. I responded to the treatment really well, I highly suggest this if other treatments of depression/anxiety hasn’t helped or has felt lackluster.
Vanessa was incredible! Very friendly and hospitable, providing a great environment, thank you for everything!
