Best salon & spa in Cedar Rapids! I have gotten hair cuts, updos, styling, hair coloring, pedicures, manicures, spray tans, waxing, massages and facials at Elevate - and have been happy with every experience! The customer service is excellent and the staff is very personable and always eager to meet your needs. I will never go anywhere else!
