My mom confided in her psychiatrist that she has been heavily drinking for months. The doctor encouraged her to detox at home which can be deadly. She was drunk during her session and based off of what she told me, the dr did not question her sobriety. Someone in this profession should be able to tell when someone is intoxicated especially after 3+ bottles of wine. Help me to understand how the doctor missed her level of drunk and how they don’t know how to safely detox from alcohol.
She's intubated now in ICU from suffering a seizure due to neglectful and harmful advice from a supposed medical professional at this practice. She trusted elevate psychiatry to help save her and it did something worse.

Professional clinicians there to treat and maintain your health. My experience over the past year with Dr. Bhatia & Walker, PA-C, is fundamental and efficient treatment for my difficult to endure psychological conditions. Without their treatment I would not be where I am. Their availability is always accommodating to working availability, and I cannot speak enough about how positive I am- and have become- since their care. My personal perspective is more positivity thru their care and treatment of my unfortunate conditions I need to maintain and take seriously every day of my life.
