I came in with a sprained ankle that was very swollen and bruised from heel to toe. My sister recommended that I come up and see Dr. Johns and I'd be better off than if I had just iced and elevated. I have to say she was right. After two visits with Dr. Johns my swelling has gone down to almost non-existence and I have such a wider range of mobility in my ankle.
