Staff needs more training. Had made an appointment and confirmed with my insurance to see Dr. Oro and Dr. Chen. However, the woman working the front desk at 3A had said I couldnt be seen due to insurance issues. She had sent me to the enrollment center and after calls to my insurance 1hr later, they were able to confirm my eligibility and could be seen with no issue regarding my insurance.
