RecommendedVery rare when they need to fix things but thankful for all their hard work when needed. They do fixes right away no matter the hour. I love living here !

By far the worst apartments I have ever lived in, the rats, spiders, barely any air conditioning, hear the neighbors clear as day
( 2 1/2 out of 5 Star) it hurts me to say this but Grandpoint can do a whole lot better. it’s just a show. one big problem they do have is that there is not enough of parking in the back. Second, They let residents feed the Wildcats, you can smell cat urine when you walk out of your door. Third there is dog crap everywhere, no one tries to pick it up. They do have AC problems because 1/2 of the ac are out of date!! It’s very sad when you try to put a work order in and it takes two weeks.. I Hope that they can work on it. Sin... read more

The ladies in the office have been very helpful when we have questions and are quick to answer emails. Maintenance hasn’t been to bad either

Our a.c. went out today, and they were here to fix it within 10 min of calling. Peaceful and beautiful place to live. Thank you to the the excellent staff and maintenance for making this a wonderful place to live
