Unprofessional and rude staff. Especially that Aeryn lady. She was highly disrespectful and tacky when I addressed a water leak at my apartment. She yelled at me in front of others and not once did I yell at her or talk to her in a mean tone. It was then that I decided not to renew my lease. I will not be giving my money to a company that allows staff to be disrespectful. She never apologized to me for talking to me like in front of other tenets. Roach infestation and WiFi always out. Problems around complex get band-aids instead of properly fixed.
Continued from kyrie Seilers review - after a week of barely any communication they informed us an electrician would be coming in to the apartment to fix any electrical problems and electrical appliances the got wet . A week went by and no one came to the house to fix anything other than a restoration company to put 4 large dehumidifier in each room to prevent mold ( mold can grow in 24 hours so we are well past that point) . Worst experience ever avoid at all cost !! In June of 2021 my fiancé and I signed a lease with Cole and Alexis the previous manager and leasing agent . The main thing we were looking for with a apartment was no carpet and for us to have our dogs . Alexis told us we would only have carpet in our rooms and our dogs would be allowed without having to pay a fee . After looking at other places in the area we decided that was the best option especially with the two 500 dollar gift cards we would get when signing the lease . Ended ... read more
