I've had no positive outcome when it comes to Elevacity taking care of me, one of their reps! They deactivated my rep account way before my year, that I paid for was up!!! They never reached out to me to make sure this wouldn't have happened. I am more than disappointed in this "company!"

I absolutely LOVE this company and its products. I have not had any bad experiences whatsoever. My representatives have been supportive and provide the education that I needed to achieve the results I was looking for.

I only give 1 star bc I have to, know that. I joined this company May 2018 and it has been the absolute worst decision I have ever made. The shipping is awful, never on time or just completely missed. There is NOBODY to answer a call, email, live chat, text....ever. The 2 times I did reach someone (out of possibly 30 attempts) was bc I had to get down right rude and ugly. This has been a nightmare!! I have spent hours on hold, sent several emails to customer service, and spent hours holding for a live chat. No response. I cancelled my auto delivery 2 months ago and they continue to send product and charge my account. There is no way to reach anyone. I'm only giving them one star because giving 0 stars is not an option.

This is the worst mail order company I have ever dealt with. On hold for CS for over an hour, still no one picked up. Waiting on live chat for over an hour, no one answered. Sent three emails, still got no response. Be careful of this company. They keep sending the product, though.

This is the second time i am having an issue with shipping. I guess i did not learn my lesson the first time. My auto ship is scheduled for 7/4. The money(full amount + shipping) was taken out on 7/4. It is now 7/23 and i still don't have an actual ETA for this product. I have called 1-800 and have been on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on. i have reached out to people on FB and the response i get is "the product is so good, its worth waiting for". This company product was advertised on FB and the gal I spoke with was great about talking about the excellent benefits of feeling good with two of their products. I ordered the product and checked for a shipment date within the next 24 - 48 hours and nothing would show up. The money was taken immediately from my card. This was over two weeks ago - I have heard every excuse of how the shipping company they had messed up and they had to get a new company and how it was all going to be caught up by a certain date and was not. ... read more

My autoship was charged on 6/16/2018, Here we are today (6/25/2018) the order has been ignored and not shipped, I have tried texting the CEO on (XXX) XXX-XXXX and he ignored me since Friday 6/22/2018. I have sent an email with no response. I have waited for hours for live chat and busy phone calls and no one answers. Looking at disputing the charge with my bank and canceling my autoship.
