I was ordering the smart coffee and hot chocolate for some time but paused my reoccurring order because I was getting replacements faster than I could finish them. My daughter needed hot chocolate so I ordered just one jar but when we opened it, it was only 1/2 way full! I contacted my rep thinking we were sent an already opened one but she assured me that was the new formula and you needed less powered, and thus a smaller scoop was now being sent. Worse company EVER!!! Not only will your uplines and leaders talk behind your back but they will be the first to shove you out and steal your customers!!! The product makes you SICK!!! They had an ingredient in there they were supposed to remove and didn't and it made people Sick, stomach upset and didn't help with anything!!!

I have been a "happy" customer for over a year now. While their customer service is lacking in response ( I believe emails get lost in the reply stage and service doesn't realize there is a reply) they need a better email server, they handle issues swiftly and very satisfactory.The product itself is wonderful and everything it is "hyped" to be.

Worst customer service I've ever received. Unanswered emails, live chat that hours upon hours has no person respond. Phone support is horrific! They're on version #3 of the coffee yet are still continually shipping out version 2 stating they're using up the old labels (on the phone) then assured me they were out of the old labels so it would be correct yet for the 3rd time sent the old version 2 that makes me extremely ill! This company should be shut down!

WORST COMPANY EVER! Do your homework and buyer beware! I purchased the coffee last summer after trying a sample and liking it. Before I ran out I was offered a deal where I would buy another tub of the coffee and get 6 FREE sticks of other products to try- so I did. No free sticks. So I called... and called.... and emailed and emailed.... AND EMAILED. No one ever responded. Finally the person I originally purchased from got me my sticks. WEEKS LATER. This company is deceptive in their pricing. They send me emails about discounts, the last one was for: Item # 5020 Retail Price: $165.00 Special Offer: $139.50 YOU SAVE: $25.50 This Special Offer ends on November 30, 2019. Limit of one order per customer per day Nowhere in the email does it say you have to sign up for smartship in order to take advantage of the price. This company has the WORST customer service ever. They do not respond to any form of communication. They claim that they have a full refund policy but they do not refund your money after you pay to return your product! After hating the taste of the coffee, I contacted them, got lucky and actually connected to a person and was issued a RMA#. I sent my product back within the 30 day window as their return policy states. It has been well over 7-10 business days and I have not been issued a refund.
