I bought the Elevate Smart Coffee and ********* about a month and a half ago. I wasn't terribly impressed with the results of the products, I just felt like I'd had too much caffeine. I bought the********** using the smartship option, thinking I'd like it and would have it sent automatically. When an email came telling me the product would ship soon, it added that I needed to reply to the email or write to a "cancel" email if I wanted to cancel the order. I used to wake up 6-8 times a night with leg cramps. After a week of taking product I was only waking up 2-3 times. After 1 month I wake up about 2-3 times per week. I have focus I've never had before. My appetite is down and I have cut my antidepressant dose by 2/3rds.
This coffee combo has made wonderful health changes to my body.
I love the product, but twice now my shipment didn't arrive. They blame it on UPS, and maybe that's correct, but trying to get a replacement shipment is too much trouble. Their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I've spent hours trying to get someone to help me. I'm one of their reps, but I have not been pushing the product because of their sloppy operations.
Love this product. Maybe the other reviews were before they got organized as I have had no issue with returning a product, quick refund and reaching both online chat and phone (a short wait). I lost 13 lbs basically without much effort at all the first 0days. I am on day 31 now and loving the great feeling it makes in my brain. I use the elevate nitro but changing over to Elevate coffee because it's 10. less and appears the only diff. is more caffeine....
The product wasn't bad but I had it on auto ship and was told that it was easy to cancel online at anytime. I used the product for 5 months then canceled 4-8-19 and took my card information out of their system and was still charged for 2 more months. Was on hold for 20 minutes and never talked to anyone, went online again did the online chat and was told that I would have to ship the product back with me paying shipping and then they would refund me only half of the 1st product shipment. Gotten SO MUCH BETTER
These products have ð??¯ changed my entire life! I went from being in a deep dark place with a lot of anxiety and zero energy to having tons of energy, happy now and no anxiety attacks at all anymore. Thanks so much for changing and saving my life! I'm a much better mom, wife, friend, daughter and so much more!
