Tim runs a very experienced, honest, and fair local Oswego business. He holds himself to a very high level of ethical expectations and stands behind his work. We have had several projects done with Elephant and all have been completed with a very high quality and any & all of our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Tim for any and all plumbing needs.

Both Tim and Matt(I believe. Feel silly that I forgot) came out the same day as our call. They were very kind and knowledgeable. They attempted to try and avoid replacing our water heater but it was not working. They came the next day and were even about 15 minutes early to install the new heater. They were great with us and put up with our nosey dogs since we couldn't crate them due to where they were working. I was quite confused by it all but they tried their best to explain things to me. Fantastic to use for plumbing!

Our water heater started leaking after 20 years which was amazing so I wanted the replacement to be the same brand. Tim was the first to call me back and gave me a quote. What impressed me the most about Elephant Plumbing was how professional and courteous they are. Tim explained each step of the process and educated me on how to maintain the water heater. When the work was done final price was less than the original quote. We will be using Elephant Plumbing for all our future plumbing projects. Thanks Tim

We needed our garbage disposal replaced. We got a call from Elephant Plumbing & Services that day and Tim came by our house the next day to install. The price was extremely fair and work was excellent. Elephant Plumbing & Services was simply awesome to work with. They were kind, courteous and friendly. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Tim came out to check on a potential wax ring crack, and there was nothing wrong. He didn't charge a service call fee or anything! Plus he let me know some other work done by another local licensed plumber in our home two years ago isn't up to code (and the code isn't new), so I'll definitely be following up on that. Elephant will be my first call in the future for any plumbing needs.

WOW. Tim returned a phone call at 10pm regarding our kitchen issue. He came out the next morning at 9:30. He was kind and educated us on the issue, and fixed it. He could not be more professional or kind. Super thankful. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. EXCELLENT!

Tim called me back right away after I called at 8pm about my leaking water heater. The standard quote in the area for replacing a 50 gallon is $1200 but he let me know that would be the highest it could be, he couldn't be sure until he got to my home. Tim was extremely nice, friendly, and professional. The total bill was under $1000 and I am happy to recommend him after many people recommended him to me.
