Misoyaki Salmon and Old English fish and chips are Delicious!!!
I love Elephant Bar, have for years. Service today was lacking though. Will not hold it against them. Will keep coming back. Best place to sit is the bar area in my opinion. Service is better than dining room at least today.
Enjoyed a couple beers but service at the bar is pathetic. Was never asked if I wanted a menu/food. Borrowed one and had in front of me, hint, hint! So your ownership knows, I ate at your competitor because YOUR BARTENDER is perfectly incapable of PROMOTING YOUR BUSINESS. I was asked to give a star rating unfortunately or fortunately for you, there was not a negative rating. Train your staff or belly up!
Walked into the Elephant Bar in Downey after Wife and the boys. And this is what went down... Manager: how many people? Me: 3 adults and 4 children Manager: that's a lot of kids. Me:....:\ Manager: are they all yours? Me: :\ yes....we would of have 8 but we lost 4 ( thinking about her comment an how discriminating it felt). Manager: well that's one way to stop. Me:........:\
