I lived in the 909 building for 3 years. Sadly, I do not recommend living here unless you enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and treated like a walking wallet. I lived here, in 909, for 3 years and unfortunately, I cannot recommend you chose this place to call home. The owner, UDR, is powered by nothing but corporate greed. The only reason I'm giving 2-stars and not 1-star is because of the maintenance crew. I had nothing but fantastic experiences with them and they are really friendly and nice people. Edit: Saw in other review that people are going to court for this. We are willing to testify and know a few people who encountered the same fraudulent changes. Feel free to leave contacts. During my two-year tenancy, I resided in 989 for 14 months before transferring to another unit within the complex.
