I lived here, in 909, for 3 years and unfortunately, I cannot recommend you chose this place to call home. The owner, UDR, is powered by nothing but corporate greed. The only reason I'm giving 2-stars and not 1-star is because of the maintenance crew. I had nothing but fantastic experiences with them and they are really friendly and nice people. Now, where do I begin? This place calls themselves "luxury" living and charges INSANE amounts of money for rent, over $200 for parking, and you pay ALL utilities. Yet, the apartments... read more
Edit: Saw in other review that people are going to court for this. We are willing to testify and know a few people who encountered the same fraudulent changes. Feel free to leave contacts. During my two-year tenancy, I resided in 989 for 14 months before transferring to another unit within the complex. Z was very helpful and resolved all the issues quickly and efficiently. He had a great attitude, was polite, and showed a professional work ethic.
Been here almost a year, and wow—what a ride. If you’re into bad design, lost packages, and mystery smells, this place might be your dream home. The good: Central AC. Yep, that’s the list. Enjoy that sweet, cold air while everything else falls apart. Restaurants nearby, which is great since you’ll be spending a lot of time wandering around looking for your DoorDash order.
