I went to Elements for the first time yesterday and Allyson was my stylist. It was a wonderful experience and I have definitely found my stylist for life! My hair looks amazing and the atmosphere at Elements makes the experience even better! Thank you for such a wonderful visit!
Summer did my hair for the first time today and I absolutely love the color! She was amazing!

Update: Although my initial experience was negative (I did express my dissatisfaction and how I couldn't believe I was being charged, but the front desk workers both said there was nothing they could do), after posting the review, I went in and they were very kind with refunding me. Since then I haven't used any salon services, but I have used spa services and have been very pleased with everything and the people I've worked with since have been very helpful and kind. Molly and the girls at ESS are fabulous. Strong, independent, beautiful women helping others feel confident and beautiful too. I feel I have been to Elements enough to give a firm, honest review. I have yet to meet a stylist at their salon that wasn't knowledgeable on the coloring profiles, styles and pros and cons of their products. They are all kind girls, who truly want to make you smile when you walk out.
