Went here twice on our short trip to Asheville. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the food is delicious and beautiful! They don't cut corners; this place is the real deal!

Very good food, don't plan on getting a smoothie to go in a timely manner, even if you order to- go they put it behind all the cafe for here orders. Between 11am and 2pm usually takes 20-25 minutes for just one to-go smoothie. Not sure if you can call ahead but I am going to try that next time. It is worth the wait time in the end which is why I keep going back. My friend got the acai bowl. it was delicious. I had the ALT with a salad. The sandwich was great. Great customer service too.
Fine food for a light meal, although it is pricey. However, my primary concern is that this cafe claims to have gluten-free options: this is blatantly wrong. First, they use Sami’s (millet and flax bread) and claim it is gluten-free. If you look at their website, they are very clear this is not a gluten-free bread (samisbakery .com/product/millet-flax-bread/). Second, they knowingly contaminate the bread in their panini press.
