RecommendedSince discovering Elements a few years ago, it has become my #1 go-to healthy refueling spot. I take everyone who visits me there and each time I feel so welcomed and nourished. I have loved watching them grow while keeping the local vibe strong. I just LOVE this place!
My first time at Elements Real Food and it won’t be my last. The Farmers Market salad was incredible. The serving size was so huge, I had half for lunch and half for dinner. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow and try something different.

Elements is our go to lunch spot when we are in Asheville. It's DELICIOUS, fresh, and just all around beautiful food! I highly recommend stopping in... The farmer's fresh salad is incredible, the ALT, AND the amazing desserts. This place is doing it right and ALL of their menu is vegan, which is a beautiful thing! Elements always treats us right! My husband and I are both major fans! We look forward to our next visit to AVL, which always includes Elements!

Great owners, wholesome delicious smoothies, bowls, and salads!
We've eaten here a couple times and the food has been tasty and refreshing, and makes you feel light and energized after eating (as opposed to slow and sluggish). The service has mostly been good when I've gone there in person. I do wish they had better hours - maybe earlier in the mornings (like before office hours work) or a bit later at night so if one wanted a light dinner and didn't feel like cooking, something would be available.
