I just moved to Studio City from Encino after 16 years; I transferred my prescriptions to Elements. I have had a good experience both times I've been in. Very kind and professional.
I'm so happy I've found Elements in Studio City. The staff is amazing. It's privately owned and they truly, truly care. They take time and you're not just a face that's being milled in and out. They will pay attention to detail, talk to you and the pharmacy is gorgeous. They also work really hard on helping you save money. I love them and so grateful they're around.
Elements is the way a pharmacy is supposed to be, and probably the way pharmacies were seventy-five years ago before large corporations turned them into giant, impersonal chains that provide terrible service. Elements is a great pharamcy. Though they would be even greater if the sold chocolate bars. (Did I mention that I like chocolate?)
Just switched from CVS. Awesome and friendly service with very fast turn around! My new favorite pharmacy!!
