I've worked with Elements a couple of years. Design and replacement of bad product installed by the company when my home was built. We planned it over a year project and in phases. Always prompt and on time weather permitting. Friendly to working on my budget to have 80% of my yard redone and pool area. Neighbors have used Elements as well with great success even concrete work.

This is a review of our experience of the design process with Brayden. We have not had the actual landscape work done with Elements of Eden and DO NOT plan to do so. We were initially quoted 3 hours billed for a landscape design. Over zoom, we reviewed the initial design and had some changes. We watched as those changes were made before our very eyes in the design system. He told us he'd finished some changes and send it over. If I could give zero stars I would. This IDIOT nearly slammed into my van as he last second decided to turn right off Lewisburg onto Mack Hatcher. I have three small kids! His truck plus a huge landscape trailer could have done some serious damage had I not slammed on my brakes and swerved to avoid an accident. There is no reason to risk someone’s life for you own directional mistakes. When I tried to call to complain, he didn’t answer nor did he call back to apologize after I left a voicemail. Horrible.
