Walked into a cramped, dark salon. First thing the stylist does is start complaining about another customer who questioned her for cutting too much hair off. I should have stood up and walked out right then. My hair was deemed too thick and the stylist starts going crazy thinning out my hair with a dull razor (possibly scissors) leaving my hair a frizzled mess. I always leave Happy and Pleased. Fun Place too. I have been going to EOB for about 2 years now. I have chosen a stylist that really knows her stuff boy. She sure does. Natalie loves her profession and you can tell. Any style I want she can do. I always leave there very pleased. I call Natalie a "Color Expert". She knows her colors, her numbers, her matches, and exactly what you are wanting. I started getting gray 5 years ago. I tried many colors to cover the gray but stay natural.
