American Home Shield sent this company out to service my HVAC recently when my air conditioning failed to blow cold air. The contractor that was sent out not only had a bad attitude the entire time he was in my home slamming his equipment around, but after assessing that there was zero freon in the system and deducting it was a leak in the unit , he left it torn apart and submitted his report to the insurance agency knowing full well they were not going to cover the repair based on his report.
