I usually believe in writing good reviews or otherwise not writing any at all, but my experience here was very underwhelming. The massage was alright, but felt rushed and inadequate. But what I felt appalling was the behavior of the receptionist who seemed like doesnt want to do her job, she never even smiled or greeted me properly, she seemed very grumpy and also wasn’t hospitable. Elements provides an invaluable service. The therapists are the best of the best.
Kia gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve had massages at the Westlake Inn, The Four Seasons, and other resorts. The quality of the massage I got at Elements Massage was far and above better than my other experiences. I didn’t even have to tell Kia where I hold the stress because she could feel it. I was incredibly impressed. So much, though that I prepaid for three more massages on the spot. I highly recommend Kia, she was wonderful!
