Additionally, I experienced a follow-up call that felt harassing, which was completely inappropriate. I urge the company to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that no other customer has a similar experience.”
I am disappointed to report that unauthorized charges were deducted from my account for two consecutive months. I had a horrible experience there after my very first visit. After getting a facial, the woman at the front desk pressured me into buying a membership. I made an appointment for a massage the following Tuesday evening.
