I had a 90min w/cupping 2 weeks ago. Worst massage ever. 10min late taking me and let out 10min early. Language barrier and not one cupping mark on me. She didn’t leave on for more than 10sec. Extremely disappointed and unacceptable with the amount I spent. Do not go here. Saugus is worth the ride.
Nina was amazing from the second I got there. She was really professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Alex gave me the best massage I have ever gotten. I've had knots for months and he helped me so much. He was really talented.

They take Covid seriously and everything is clean and it’s easy to schedule. Amy is a LITERAL healer. I saw her after having a migraine for 3 days and it literally went away after my massage. She is incredible, can’t recommend her highly enough.
Place has gone downhill. It’s been a few times now that I’ve requested a deep tissue therapist (with enough notice mind you) and have gotten basically a oil spreading massage. My therapist last time didn’t even speak English and didn’t understand anything I asked for during the intake. What a rip off too for the price. I guess that’s what you get at a chain!!
Clean, Safe and theraputic
All of my experiences at Elements in Beverly have been great. Staff are all wonderful. Very welcoming and calming atmosphere I recommend to all!
