After my appointment, I followed up by email to ask about combining whitening with the veneer and crown services, at a combined cost. I asked this question multiple times, but instead of providing a direct answer, they kept replying that a cleaning was required first and quoted me for that service. When I replied that I wasn’t interested in the cleaning — especially since I can get this done elsewhere much cheaper — they stopped answering my questions a... read more
