I just returned from a dental appointment at the Broad Street dental clinic. Staff there are always helpful but I wanted to report an excellent example. Upon completion of my cleaning, with the assistance of Kendra, we filed my claim with GMS. It rejected my claim giving an error code. Kendra called GMS while I waited, confirming that my information was correct. Apparently there was a problem with the GMS filing system. The receptionists and dental hygienists are professional and warm but I have a big problem with the dentists. They have been quite cold to me. I have spent 1000s without insurance and I feel I’m never treated with empathy. Worst of all they severely overcharge. I need teeth alignment to prevent me grinding two front teeth more and they quoted me $9000+ for Invisalign.
