Friendly welcoming gym with lovely staff. Was grateful they understood the needs of older people (like me) and also heard some excellent chat about the karate/Body Guard classes they are doing. Not your average gym - more focus on the customer, less on the mirrors and profits!
I recently met Margaret and can see Elementary Fitness, with their focus on over 50's is providing great classes and assistance. Highly rated new business in the CBD.
