Nice and new for now. Enjoyed my lunch which was a crab cake pannini. Menu and drinks looks great! I would go back! Looks fun!
The WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. 17 people asked to leave because they could not accommodate us! ! I kid you not there was not a soul in the restaurant place was empty on a Holiday weekend. The Bar had people but not over crowded. We had 8 kids with us which the manager wanted OUT! We were in right after opening and had the prime rib sandwich. It was AWESOME!!! Hunks meat on it. Went there 2 weeks ago and ordered the same sandwich, now making it with think prime rib... Thinking lunch meat warmed up... Totally gross!
After having dinner at Element tonight, I have to say I am SHOCKED at the bad reviews I read prior to going. Just goes to show you really can't please everybody! My husband and I ate here tonight, and the food, service and atmosphere was phenomenal! Our waitress was on the ball, and the rib eye streaks we both had were def one of the best we've had. We definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be going back :)
Great service, food, staff and let's not forget the bartendar. Beautiful place as well! Highly recommend!! Thanks for making my kids communion/confirmation party a hit.
