I have eaten here dozens of times and it's always fantastic!
Always have great service and great food. I recently tried to print the $10 off coupon that they have available but the site is no longer running. Definitely disappointed. Overall sushi is great and food is great.
Although we have lived in this area for twelve years, we have visited Element only a few times. Just had the early bird dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. The meal was tasty and certainly a good food value. I would especially like to mention our server Shay who did a wonderful job. She was personable, polite and efficient. So often these days people who do a good job are overlooked. That's really a shame. These hardworking folks should be recognized and rewarded. We love this bar! The wait staff is so friendly and their happy hour is the best around! The happy hour food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable! Beautifully decorated and very clean! Doesn't disappoint!
First off, I don't eat here often. When I do go, it's usually for drinks and apps in the bar and the apps are usually good. My husband and I ordered take out at 6pm. I ordered pasta primavera with grilled chicken and my husband ordered stuffed flounder. We both wanted side salads as they came as an option. We were told it would take 15-20 min. We actually got there late to pick up at 6:40 and was told they had computer issues so our order never went through. We had to wait another 20 min for them to make it. Get home, and we... read more
Too loud for us to return. Being hearing impaired noise is a primary restaurant rejection issue for us. Salad and bread came quick. Waitress was very attentive. Prime rib and seafood stuffed zucchini very, very good. Dessert was prompt and excellent.Only other complaint, based on our table and the next two tables we saw seated near us, is being seated at a cleared and reset table that was still soaking wet. Went there for the first time last night. Service excellent. Food came out pipping Hot! Just the way we like it. We will be back. ! Cannot remember waitress name.
