This place is amazing !
Been to Elements a few times for drinks and a few times to eat. Food is good and as others have stated, the staff is not properly trained. At the bar, they are not attentive to your needs. When our drinks were done, we had to call for someone for another. When ordering food, same deal. Hopefully they'll work thru the issues but it's gonna get real cold soon. The places on the island are already hurting.
First time to Element's for lunch today 11/24/13. The décor is nice the food was moderate. The prices are on the high side. Our server was not very personable and customer service did not seem to be her priority. We were handed the check and never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert.
We were there last night. The place is beautiful, Food was excellent, service was okay, it was very busy so sure it will only get better with time.

Extremely disappointed with the management. Everything including the food was great until someone that was with my party of 16 was charged an obscene amount of money on her debit card. Card was supposed to be charged $51 but instead was changed $400. We waited over 45 mins for someone to even come and tell us this. Waited for 45 mins with a 2 year old at 9:30 at night with no one that came over to tell us what was going on. Came in for a drink Saturday night..crowded which was fine, standing by the bar and three seats open up in front of us, I go to sit and the bartender, Lee, tells me I can't sit there because his family is going to take those seats..really!! Not cool!! Then I asked for a manager and the girl in the front said she could not find a manager anywhere. It was Saturday night of opening weekend, managers should have been all over the place. I'm local..not a good first impression, at all!!
So happy to have a restaurant on the mainland, that is not a chain!! The establishment is beautiful and the food and prices were perfect!! I don't think I will be going anywhere else for a long time. Thank you!
Excellent food and service! Francisco and diego were the best! Made our whole experience that much better! Will ask for them every time! Had the bisque and calamari apps. Lemon drop martini. Steak au pounce w lobster mashed potatoes. Salad was huge too! Definitely a regular spot for date night!
