So, I decide I want to buy a home, a DR Horton Home at that. A new build to be specific. I called DHI mortgage and start the pre approval process. I speak with a young lady name Jacki Simmons. She asks me if I have a realtor and I didn't. She refers me to her HUSBANDS company, Element Realty. Should have been my first warning sign as it is sorta like they are double dipping here.
