Room we got had dirty sheets with hair all over, they had to move us to another room
We just came for a graduation. The location is absolutely EPIC!! If you're going to the venue next door.This place is perfect .The gals at the front were soo awesome, smooth and easy check in. The hallways could use a good deep clean. I stayed in a 2 bedroom with a kitchen . The floors could use a really deep clean as well. No beg bugs. The shades and windows had A LOT of dust. Alright mid-range hotel. I vist often for business and it is generally quiet. Many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The staff is always friendly and upbeat.
Although the hotel was unable to accommodate me due to high occupancy, Reann went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She assisted me through the entire process of securing a comparable room at a nearby hotel and even offered help with transportation, which made a stressful situation much easier.
