It's not the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The hallway carpets are filthy and need cleaning. The rooms are in need of major cleaning as well. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the staff was great.
Reann Brownfield, the sales manager gave us a great rate. Nice property, I enjoyed my time there.
I had a family emergency in Ontario California. My wife and I stayed at the Element Hotel across the street from the Toyota arena. I just want to state that we had the best experience staying at this boutique hotel. It was our first time staying at this type of hotel. The staff was amazing. I was really impressed with the quality of the stay at Element considering it was cheaper to book than a SpringHill Suites. One bedroom king felt like a large studio apartment with the amenities included. The walls had some small dents and cracks but that was a non-issue. Bathroom was spacious and clean.
