Stay was amazing! Front guest Host Hillary was amazing.
What a horrific place the front desk staff are the most rude people ever they make you pay for parking and the rooms are dirty and smell it disgusting everywhere
this place sucks. ownership is shady and don’t care about their guests. wouldn’t stay again.
The 1st time I stayed at Element was a great experience. This, the 2nd time, was horrible. The room was very disappointing, from the lack of supplies (no paper towels, only decaffeinated coffee, no packets of creamer, sugar, et al, 2 tissues left in holder, 1 washcloth, hand towel & 1 towel???) which we would have been ok with had it not been for the rest of the room’s filth.
