Although the hotel was unable to accommodate me due to high occupancy, Reann went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She assisted me through the entire process of securing a comparable room at a nearby hotel and even offered help with transportation, which made a stressful situation much easier. Element Ontario is strongly recommended !!! Upon arriving, as it's right by the Toyota Arena, was a bit worried if it might be too noisy, but throughout my stay, Element Ontario offered only quite and tranquil quality of environment. The fact that the popular restaurant Eureka! situated exactly as part of its lobby, doesn't jeopardize the vibe they want to create, but only make the entire environment a lot more energetic. Place has a housekeeping issue. Noone to clean rooms until almost 4pm in the afternoon. No hot water for shower. Zero water pressure. Hallway smells like overcooked Indian food.
The Element has everything you need in a great location. The rooms were delicately appointed and the service is gentle and quiet (no carts were heard crashing down the halls).
