This hotel experiences high occupancy, with a consistent influx of pilots, patients, and large families at various times. The lobby area is pleasant, provided one can find a suitable seating spot. There are no scenic views upon entering the hotel or from any of the hotel’s windows. The shower provided a steady and hot stream, and the bed and bedding were comfortable. We had a great stay at the Element Miami Airport. From prior to check-in to our stay, to check-out, everything was great. The customer service was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen which was helpful. The location is another major plus. Very close to the airport and there was a free shuttle to the hotel as well. We ate the complimentary breakfast which had a good selection of items. Overall, a great stay that we would return to stay at.

Few staff are good but once you check in they don’t care about the cleanliness of the room. Inspite of scheduling the shuttle they don’t show up. The first 2 days were good and rest got miserable. Despite of so many reminders they don’t clean your room. I have already paid in else I could have left the hotel.
