The employees are amazing and their work is fantastic. However, the owner is extremely unprofessional. He speaks poorly to his staff, has outstanding debts with multiple people and businesses, and avoids customer contact. He does not answer calls regarding issues or complaints and refuses to meet clients in person. It’s unfortunate, because the team deserves better leadership.
