Rich was thorough, patient and professional, honest without being alarmist. He found one major issue that substantially impacts the sale, carefully explained it to us and (along with our realtor) helped us through some of the decisionmaking. I have purchased a home once before in another state, and though I remember being happy with that inspector's service, the service we received from Element was a bit more thorough. I would definitely recommend.

Rich is the best home inspector I could possibly imagine. Thorough, detailed, full of information to share, and a true pleasure to work with. He genuinely cared about my home and walked me through every little nook and cranny. His inspection report included everything we had talked about, pictures of items discussed, and suggestions for local resources. The itemized list at the end of the report was especially helpful! I recommend Rich wholeheartedly as a home inspector and a great guy!
