Initially had a bit of an issue with the room we were placed in because it was an accessible room, and I purposely avoid choosing those when I book rooms. I booked through Expedia and have contacted them...anyways the front desk gentleman named Luke is very compassionate, caring, patient and has wonderful customer service skills. I unintentionally got irritated with him for no reason, but he remained calm and present. He quickly resolve the situation. What awesome front desk service!
Had a fantastic stay at Element Austin at The Domain! The hotel is incredibly spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are much larger than your typical hotel room and felt more like a comfortable apartment than a hotel stay. One of my favorite features was the filtered drinking water available directly from the faucets—such a simple touch, but incredibly convenient and appreciated.
