This is my second time living at Element at Ghent, and it continues to be my top choice for living in Norfolk. The management team (Janice and Harley) is truly the best I’ve ever had. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about the residents. Element feels like home because of them. Also, maintenance is outstanding, quick, efficient, and always high quality. The sense of community here is amazing, and the events they organize are always thoughtful and beautifully done.
I lived at Element at Ghent for 2.5 years and genuinely have nothing but great things to say. I absolutely loved my time here — from the modern amenities to the amazing location, it truly felt like home. I have lived here for nearly 5 years. The location is excellent. It is a very nice, upscale apartment building, well designed, with many amenities. The management and maintenance staff here are professional, competent and considerate. They are nice people that genuinely care about the tenants.
