I had an amazing time living here while I lived in Norfolk! I liked the location and how it was in the middle of everything and had easy access to get anywhere. The covered garage was a huge plus and the amenities were very nice. Harley, Janice, and the rest of the team made my time here very enjoyable and were very friendly and helpful!
I lived here during my year in Norfolk. Absolutely loved it here! The management is very responsive, kind, and keep the building clean and safe for its residents. The covered parking is a huge plus too. Can’t recommend Element at Ghent enough!
The move-in process at Element at Ghent was smooth and efficient. Janice took excellent care of us and provided clear, detailed instructions every step of the way. Haley welcomed us warmly, and the apartment was spotless, just like all the community facilities, which were exceptionally clean and well maintained. So far, a great experience!
No complaints. Best apt complex I ever lived in and the staff is the creme de la creme. Just move in. :-)
Where do I even begin. I moved in here 3 years ago and have had the greatest time. To start all of the team was exceptional, approachable, and always respectful. Maintenance was super easy if you ever needed any. The other residents were all super nice as well. It really was super cool and the whole vibe was super chill. The only thing I’m disappointed about is leaving and that I didn’t get to more events. Please don’t hesitate to sign up for a year or two.
