Great Quality: The Noise Installation was Perfect. Very positive, uplifting community. Very Affordable and military-friendly. Pet Friendly and extremely clean.
This place is amazing. Apartments are nice and clean and the leasing office agents are so accommodating. They definitely show their appreciation for residents with hosting social gatherings and events! I can’t find anything to complain about to be honest. All good things all around!
I wanted to give an updated review after living here for a year. I don’t think I can put into words how incredible the staff is here, if you want an actual community and a place that feels like home it is here. I look forward to all the interactions with Karen, Johnny, Janice, and Harley. Every time I’ve seen Alecia she’s been busy at work but never too busy to offer a kind greeting or smile. Wonderful apartment, we loved living there! Janice and Harley (and the rest of the staff) are phenomenal. Super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They host regular events where you can legitimately meet the other residents (while eating free food!). Would recommend The Element to anyone in the area!
We loved living here during our year in Norfolk! Janice, Harley, Johnny and Karen are all fantastic and keep the building in great shape and running smoothly. The building is quiet, safe and beautifully maintained. Tenants are respectful. We enjoyed all of the community events and amenities. The pool was a daily hangout spot for us during the summer. We will truly miss this building and the staff!! Thank you!
