So I'm pretty sure withholding mail is illegal and they did it to me for months. From family packages to a new cell phone they held it for 30 days and sent my mail back.

Move out charges that are not warranted at all! Staff that never responds to any calls or e-mails. Double charging for water and sewer even with proof of payment. 120 for painting the whole apartment. I would avoid this place and live elsewhere. Also parking is horrible. Avoid this complex at all costs. The staff is horrible and could give less than two shits about anything.
Ever since Trina took over management this place became a dump
Just had 2 unknown males from our apartment "maintenance" unlock and walk into my apartment while I was in my underwear.... didn't announce themselves, knock, nothing.... so done with this place... the worst part is the maintenance guy called 5 mins before asking for permission to enter and I said "NO!" not until our scheduled appointment time. They literally just broke in!! Good luck getting a hold of anyone of higher up or that cares, the whole management team is a joke...
