We recently ordered blinds from Elegant Touch, and Scott was incredible. He assisted us in selecting colors and fabric and made excellent recommendations regarding whether blinds should be placed above or within the windows. He considered aspects that we would never have thought of. Additionally, he noticed a tiny flaw on one of the blinds and immediately arranged to have it replaced by the manufacturer. I purchased the Allure blinds and draperies from Elegant Touch Interiors and they did not disappoint Scott kept in touch with me during the installation process and letting me know when everything would arrive for installation He was very professional and did an excellent job installing the blinds and drapery. I absolutely love the look of my blinds/shades and drapery. Please! if you are looking to update your current blinds please contact this company and ask for Scott.
