Great Service When I used to live with my aunt out in Mountain View we almost always had problems with carpet and upholstery stains due to her many cats. Luckily for us it was never much of an issue because any time we needed cleaning Elegant Thread was right there. They were sincere and very responsive. On time, friendly, and most importantly did an amazing job on my carpets and leather upholstery.
Very careful carpet and upholstery cleaners We have used this company to clean our oriental rugs as well us upholstered furniture. They did an excellent job on everything and were very prompt and reliable. The care that they took with our oriental rugs was particularly noteworthy. They followed up to make sure we were satisfied with their work and were reasonably priced.
