NOT friendly Was not impressed, they are overly picky on items the accept and VERY rude to deal with. They do not return calls in a timely fashion.

ITEMS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION We are sorry if you thought we were rude. It is sometimes very difficult to tell people that we cannot accept their items when they are older styles and not in excellent condition. We are very picky about what we put in our shop and are very proud of that and our customer service is what brings all of our customers back.
Amazed I went into Elegant Repeats after a co-worker told me about them. I was very surprised at the amount of new bridal gowns they had. I tried on several that day. Then I came back with my sister and step-grandmother. They were very attentive. I liked several gowns. I have now picked my gown and am ordering it from them. I have also recommended them to a couple of brides I know. I will be ordering my whole bridal party attire from them.

Overly friendly it appears fake I would say it's worth a look just be prepared for the sales clerks to follow you around the store, and constantly ask you if you need help with anything. This must be a response to the other comment that someone left below saying they didn't get helped. It's pretty annoying now, they always ask the same questions and the conversation usually goes. Dont judge a book by it's cover - must go! I bought my wedding dress here for $150 less than what Davids Bridal had it marked for.This is one of those stores that you cannot judge from he outside, I wasn't impressed w/ the curb appeal but once inside they had bridal gowns up the ying yang.I had a very nice young lady help me and made me feel like a VIP. Not very happy I recently bought my dress however not from here. I did not find good customer service at all. I had been in the store for 10 minutes before someone had decided to help me. I do not recommend them to anyone!!
Not your average resale store Elegant Repeats is exactly what the name implies. This is a resale store. Here, though, you will find much nicer clothing than at your normal resale store. Prices of course are a bit higher but you are paying for well known brand names. I purchased several dresses here including a wonderful sequined dress for about $50 .
