Not your average resale store Elegant Repeats is exactly what the name implies. This is a resale store. Here, though, you will find much nicer clothing than at your normal resale store. Prices of course are a bit higher but you are paying for well known brand names. I purchased several dresses here including a wonderful sequined dress for about $50 . Overly friendly it appears fake I would say it's worth a look just be prepared for the sales clerks to follow you around the store, and constantly ask you if you need help with anything. This must be a response to the other comment that someone left below saying they didn't get helped. It's pretty annoying now, they always ask the same questions and the conversation usually goes. Hi, what can I help you with today? Oh nothing...just looking. Ok well, what are you looking for? If you mention bridal items they are all over you... read more

Never ever again. Terrible service. Gave us dresses that were way too big and made snotty comments about their fit the entire time. One of my bridesmaids left crying. I also have friends who have brought dresses here only to be told they are no longer there or were "lost" because of a contract. They would come in prior to the contract to pick up the dress and were told they could not until the contract was up. One of my friends lost a $1200 dress this way. Service sucks so don't buy here, but DEFINITELY don't drop your dress... read more

NOT friendly Was not impressed, they are overly picky on items the accept and VERY rude to deal with. They do not return calls in a timely fashion.

FANTASTIC SHOP Fantastic shop. Great prices on name brand clothing. Very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Nice used dresses This shop has a nice selection of used dresses. They are pretty limited so you have to go there with an open mind. I didn't find the dress I was lookin for when I went there. They do offer tuxedo rental and they sell accessories.

ITEMS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION We are sorry if you thought we were rude. It is sometimes very difficult to tell people that we cannot accept their items when they are older styles and not in excellent condition. We are very picky about what we put in our shop and are very proud of that and our customer service is what brings all of our customers back.

AMAZING SHOP, BEST EVER ELEGANT REPEATS IS AN AMAZING SHOP. My daughter and her 5 maids all purchased gowns from Elegant Repeats and Elegant Bridal. The staff was great and friendly. They knew how to fit all sizes of girls and were so helpful. Everyone was so happy and they would definitely get our recommendation as a 5 star shop.
