Rude and Inconsiderate What a huge disappointment! While the quality and cost of our tux rentals was satisfactory, the customer service was awful! We picked them up 3 days before the wedding and the groom’s jacket was much too large, the usher’s shoes were 2 sizes too big, the father of the bride’s pants were several inches too short, and the best man’s pants were too long. Never ever again. Terrible service. Gave us dresses that were way too big and made snotty comments about their fit the entire time. One of my bridesmaids left crying. I also have friends who have brought dresses here only to be told they are no longer there or were "lost" because of a contract. They would come in prior to the contract to pick up the dress and were told they could not until the contract was up. One of my friends lost a $1200 dress this way. Service sucks so don't buy here, but DEFINITELY don't drop your dress... read more

NOT friendly Was not impressed, they are overly picky on items the accept and VERY rude to deal with. They do not return calls in a timely fashion.

Nice used dresses This shop has a nice selection of used dresses. They are pretty limited so you have to go there with an open mind. I didn't find the dress I was lookin for when I went there. They do offer tuxedo rental and they sell accessories.

RUDE Rude rude rude. RUDE. Should be called Rudegant Rudepeats. RUDE. Ugh. Good luck getting any sort of service, be you a buyer or a seller here. These people don't care about you, they care about how much higher their noses can get. Store is gross, fitting room gross, acting like its the ritz when it is clearly a back alley sales barn.

ITEMS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION We are sorry if you thought we were rude. It is sometimes very difficult to tell people that we cannot accept their items when they are older styles and not in excellent condition. We are very picky about what we put in our shop and are very proud of that and our customer service is what brings all of our customers back.

AMAZING SHOP, BEST EVER ELEGANT REPEATS IS AN AMAZING SHOP. My daughter and her 5 maids all purchased gowns from Elegant Repeats and Elegant Bridal. The staff was great and friendly. They knew how to fit all sizes of girls and were so helpful. Everyone was so happy and they would definitely get our recommendation as a 5 star shop.

Amazed I went into Elegant Repeats after a co-worker told me about them. I was very surprised at the amount of new bridal gowns they had. I tried on several that day. Then I came back with my sister and step-grandmother. They were very attentive. I liked several gowns. I have now picked my gown and am ordering it from them. I have also recommended them to a couple of brides I know. I will be ordering my whole bridal party attire from them.
