Elegant Legacy was wonderful to work with! For almost two years, they provided 24-hour care for my aunt in her home, even on holidays. The caregivers treated her kindly and were skillful. We were referred to Elegant Legacy by another agency who was unable to adequately care for my aunt due to her dementia. The Elegant Legacy caregivers worked magic and were able to get my aunt to exercise, take walks, go to doctor’s appointments, etc despite the fact that her dementia sometimes made her resistant to these activities. If your elder relatives want to live at home, this is a great company to help them achieve this. The owner, Jessica, finds the caregivers that your relative bonds to and then assigns them on a regular basis so that there is a familiar person near them. My family is currently using this service for our elder relative. The people that are now bonded with my relative are caring and responsible. I hope and pray that no one needs emergency nurse/caregiving services, but if you do, Jessica, the owner was beyond amazing! We were from out of town helping out family that had to be admitted to the hospital and needed some in home caregiver services for our Alzheimer relative. Jessica responded after 8pm and worked with me via phone and email to provide assistance the following day.
