If you buy from them the good thing is it automatically warrantied for life. Whatever you purchase they’ll fix or replace. Don’t take any of your good jewelry you bought from anywhere else to them. I gave them my good rope to repair and it returned tarnished and they couldn’t give me an explanation for months. Took it to a real specialist and they said it was stripped of all polish and top coat. These guys are a joke

This is the most unprofessional and dishonest jewelry store I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this place at all costs and take your business elsewhere. My wife and I had a nightmare of an experience here when we brought in a necklace for repair. We placed a necklace that needed repair, complete with a diamond pendant, on their glass display case. The attendant we were unfortunate enough to deal with grabbed the necklace carelessly by one end and walked away, causing the diamond pendant to fall on their floor.
